ÜTS (Ürün Takip Sistemi) ve STS (Sağlık Takip Sistemi), kozmetik ürünlerin Türkiye’de yasal olarak satılabilmesi için zorunlu kayıt sistemleridir. Bu kayıtları sizin adınıza biz yapıyoruz.
Etiketimde yasal olarak ne bulunması gerekiyor?
Türk Kozmetik Yönetmeliği’ne göre etiketlerde; ürün adı, içerik listesi (INCI), net miktar, üretici bilgileri, son kullanma tarihi, parti numarası ve kullanım talimatları yer almalıdır. Etiketinizin mevzuata uygunluğunu biz denetliyor ve onaylıyoruz.
Ürünlerimi yurt dışına satabilir miyim?
